POLA – Junior & Middle School 2022

Market Day at school!

On March 11, 2022, Alethea organized a Pola. Each student brought fruit and vegetables, which were creatively presented and individually wrapped.

Selling and buying veggies and fruits from their peers was a wonderful experience for the kids. They were having a lot of fun pretending to be vegetable and fruit dealers and purchasers with the weighing scale. The enriching experience allowed the students to demonstrate not only their ability to handle money, but also their mathematical and logical thinking skills.


It raised awareness about the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet. This was an opportunity to emphasize the importance of eating fruits and vegetables for good health.

It generated a pleasant learning environment in which our children had an incredible experience and were able to connect this exercise to real-life situations.
