Step 1
Download and fill the admission form
Step 2
Submit the admission form along with a copy of the Birth Certificate via email to admissions@alethea.lk
OR
Call +94 11 2714849 to arrange a meeting.
Step 3
After application submission, the school office will contact families to schedule a tour. Completion of this tour will confirm your child’s placement on the waitlist.
Step 4
When a placement at Alethea becomes available, the school office will contact families on the waitlist to schedule a student interview. Both student and parents are expected to attend the student interview.
Step 5
Following the student interview, a placement decision will be made and families will have 48 hours to accept the placement. A notification from the school, including next steps, will be sent via email.
Step 6
Once a family has accepted their child’s enrollment offer to Alethea, completion of the payment will finalize placement.
- Alethea School (National curriculum) – from January to August
- Alethea International School – from January to July

Requirements to apply:
Grade 1
- Students must be six years old in the year they plan to enroll for grade 1
- on or before 31 August for Alethea International School
- on or before 31 January for Alethea School
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate must accompany the application materials.
Grade 2-11
- Students must complete the relevant age for the respective grade
- Current report cards for the past TWO academic years
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate must accompany the application materials.
