Pets Day – Junior & Middle School
Alethea – Misc-28.04.2020
A fun day filled with observations! Students brought their own pets to share their joy with friends at school. It was a great opportunity to expose students to how much love and kindness goes into looking after a pet.
It was highlighted that love and kindness extend to not only to human beings but animals as well. It showed the importance of taking care of themselves and others.
Parents often bring a pet into the family to teach kids a sense of responsibility, or perhaps to provide an only child with a playmate. But children often learn something more fundamental about themselves and the world: how to empathize with others, how to understand subtle feelings and how to look at the world from a vastly different perspective.
